CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The Customer Service Representative will generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification and closing sales; recommending new products and services to both new and existing accounts.

Promote and qualify all new leads over the telephone and other lead generating marketing programs.

Provide in house customer support.

Develop an in-depth knowledge of all Wirex Controls Ltd. products and services.

Develop and maintain the customer database.

The individual will work closely with sales and other support personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years electrical or industrial component sales experience plus a post-secondary school education. The individual shall be self-motivated, persistent, reliable and trustworthy. The candidate will be a team player, working collaboratively to achieve team goals; he or she will present a professional and positive image that reflects well on the organization.
