Application

Type 1222 is the original plastic tubing bundle with a bonded, fused thermoplastic-aluminum armor. Recommended for direct burial and areas where a light weight armor will add the necessary strength to withstand rough handling and mechanical abuse.

High Quality Tubing

Dekoron ''P'' tubing is contained in each bundle. It is tested for heat aging, ultra-violet light protection, stress crack resistance, long-term dimensional stability, ensuring dependable service life.

Number-coded tubes eliminate costly guesswork in hookup and help coordinate bundle installation.

Chemical Resistance

Type 1222 is extremely resistant to most chemicals. The polyethylene jacket is particularly well suited for locations con- taining solvents in the atmosphere.

Low Initial Cost

Compared to the cost of more expensive armored bundle designs, conduit or metal tubing alternatives, Type 1222 is cost effective.

Lower Installed Cost

Type 1222 can be run horizontally further between supports than any other thermoplastic tubing bundle, minimizing the number of support attachments. And, as with all Dekoron multiple tube bundles, long lengths reduce fitting connections.Lower Installed Cost
