Type 1211 instrument tubing bundles became the industry's first tubing product to combine a fire barrier with the chemical resistance and mechanical strength of our Type 1210. Its extended life in flash fires or explosions allows more time to control plant shutdowns. The special fire barrier and ''FR'' PVC jacket also protect against the hazard of fire propagation.

High Quality Tubing

Dekoron ''HP'' tubing is contained in Type 1211 permitting it to be used through a greater range of temperatures and pressures. Tubing is tested for heat aging, ultraviolet light protection, stress crack resistance, long-term dimensional stability, insuring dependa- ble service life.

Number-coded tubes eliminate costly guesswork in hookup and help coordinate bundle installation.

Proven Fire Barrier Design

The uniquefire barrierdesign was developed with the help of large scale fire tests, simulating refinery flash fires. Performance in actual fire situations has since proven the success of the Type 1211 design.

Low Cost

The higher pressure/temperature ratings of Type 1211 permits substitution of more costly metal tubing products.
