Type 1000 cabled metal tube bundle is perfect for those instrumentation and process control installations needing more than a single tube. Whether pneumatic or hydraulic, a wide variety of tubing materials, O.D.'s and wall thicknesses allow Type 1000 tubing to handle most pressure requirements.

Chemical Resistance

The Dekoron PVC thermoplastic outer jacket protects copper, aluminum or stainless tubing from most corrosive conditions. Many other jacketing compounds are available including polyethylene, polyurethane and TPE. Type 1000 bundle jackets may also be supplied in flame retardant or cold weather formulations.

Tube Identification

Number-coded copper or aluminum tubes and color-coded stainless steel tubes eliminate costly guesswork in hookup and help coordinate bundle installation.

Cabled Construction

Type 1000 bundles are designed flexible enough to conform to tight bends, yet individual tubes are easily separated for fitting connections.
